11:11 Media is seeking a talented and experienced Art Director to join our team. This individual will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and campaigns through static and motion graphic design. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, a passion for design, and a deep understanding of fashion, beauty, and lifestyle branding. This role is based in Los Angeles.
Key Responsibilities: This role will report to the Senior Vice President of Brand, Marketing, & Creative.
Brand Partnership Support:
- Collaborate with the partnerships and marketing team to develop and execute visually stunning sales materials, style guides and campaign content for Paris Hilton's brand and licensing partners.
- Ensure all creative deliverables align with client expectations and brand guidelines.
Social Media Content Creation:
- Oversee the design and curation of images and videos for Paris Hilton's owned social media channels, maintaining a consistent and aspirational aesthetic.
- Stay updated on social media trends to create innovative and engaging content.
Graphic Design:
- Design assets for various platforms, including sales decks, advertising, email marketing, social media, e-commerce, websites, marketing materials, presentations, and event collateral.
- Develop templates and style guides to streamline production processes.
Editorial Functions:
- Support editorial projects by curating visual elements, including photo and video selection and retouching in collaboration with 11:11 Media Creative Director, SVP Brand, Marketing, & Creative, and Social Team to produce cohesive content.
- Contribute to storytelling by creating compelling visuals that resonate with target audiences.
Creative Leadership:
- Manage and mentor junior designers, freelancers, and external vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Maintain an organized workflow, meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications:- 5-7 years of experience in art direction, graphic design, or a related field, preferably within beauty, fashion, CPG, entertainment, or media industries.
- Proficiency in static and motion design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative work, including brand campaigns, social media content, and editorial design.
- Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Knowledge of current trends in pop culture, social media, and digital design.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and present ideas effectively.
- Must be based in Los Angeles and able to work on-site as needed.
