Job Description:

Role: emphasis on digital + print design for marketing campaigns

Hospitality is at the heart of everything we do. The Creative Services team is looking for an incredibly talented art director to join us and help bring our company's marketing strategies to life.

Skills
  • Tremendous creative skills and passion for marketing work in digital, out of home, print, and paid media
  • Strong background in designing print and direct mail (Digital work is still the priority, but there will be a fair amount of print work so some background in print/direct mail is strongly preferred)
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling expertise in creative reviews
  • Proficient with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  • Exceptional ability in typography, layouts, grid-based design, and color across print and digital
  • Discerning eye and taste level for on-brand photography and its role in multi-channel global campaigns
  • Adept at leading your work, handling multiple deadlines, and excellent communication throughout
  • Extra credit: background in user experience design and/or persuasive design marketing tactics
How we will work together
  • You'll be embedded on a highly collaborative team of account leads, designers, writers, and production artists
  • You'll be part of our day-to-day activities, including kickoffs and creative reviews, recurring team meetings, and department standups
  • We'll onboard you on roles and responsibilities and project routines like creative reviews and hand-offs
  • We'll set you up with Microsoft 360 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and Figma
  • Your projects teams typically include an accounts lead, copywriter, and a production designer
Qualifications
  • Must be based in Atlanta and willing to go into the office (Perimeter area) on a regular hybrid basis
  • You love designing consumer facing campaigns that will be seen around the world
  • You are passionate about the printing process and working with a production manager across a project's lifecycle
  • Creative briefs and visual identity docs are your love language
  • We have a Masterbrand, loyalty brand, and 20 hotel brands - you're keen to learn what makes them all special and tell their stories one campaign at a time
  • You're collaborative and thrive in an environment where teamwork is a focus
  • Working from design blueprints excites you, but you know when to push on status quo
  • Creating new concepts also excites you, especially when those concepts can turn into new blueprints used by the team
