About You - 1 to 2 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a soft goods apparel environment
- Equestrian/riding experience a plus - Western or English
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Able to lead in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of PC applications
- Experience with retail POS/inventory computer systems
RETAIL TEAM - JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Must be able to work early mornings, evenings/nights, weekends, and/or holidays, as well as overtime as needed by management
- May be required to attend outside events as needed
Physical Demands/Working Conditions (Time spent standing, sitting, bending, lifting):
- Regularly required to stand, walk, talk, and hear
- Frequently required to use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms
- Regularly required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

The hourly range for the Sales Associate position is $15.50 - $17.00 per hour.
The hourly range for the Team Lead position is $17.00 - $19.00 per hour.
The salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data for geographic locations.
