Area Vice President

Work with Sales Ops to evaluate tools to integrate into existing sales platforms for increased marketing performance/forecasting accuracy; meet with key Server Message Block (SMB) customers; analyze endpoint, server, cloud environments, positioning Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Extended Detection and Response (XDR), Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPN), Cloud Workload Protection (CWPP), Managed Detection and Response (MDR) to secure environments; identify Application Programming Interface (APIs) for Extended Detection and Response (XDR) environments (Firewalls, Sandboxes, Threat Intel, identity, log ingest); configure solutions for quote management tools Cisco Commerce workspace (CCW)/ Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) ; analyze competitors BOMs (Bill of Materials); leverage SFDC/Tableau to build reports for trends/patterns for forecasting/business development; document feedback for product marketing/engineering; provide feedback/development plans for live/pre-recorded product demonstrations; partner with product management/product marketing to develop targeted campaigns based on customer segment; manage weekly forecast for North American SMB business; document discrepancies for business volumes project by Artificial Intelligence (AI) models/actual team performance; research competitors specific to SMB space; document product differentiation to increase win rates in that market; validate potential market impact of developing integrations with third-party tools specific to SMB market; develop plans for future growth (territory adjustments, quota, account ownership, compensation packages) to drive growth/long-term profitability; engage in mastering product from user interface perspective to provide demonstrations; counsel walk-throughs when system engineers unavailable/on-leave; distill highly technical product update materials into accessible intelligence for current small business customers/prospects; and supervise others. This is a telecommuting position with remote benefit from various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Job Requirements: Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Business Administration plus 5 years progressive experience. Experience to include analyzing endpoint, server, cloud environments, positioning EDR, XDR, CSPN, CWPP, MDR to secure environments; identifying APIs for XDR environments (Firewalls, Sandboxes, Threat Intel, identity, log ingest); configuring solutions for quote management tools (CCW/CPQ); and analyzing competitors BOMs, leveraging SFDC/Tableau to build reports for trends/patterns for forecasting/business development.
