The Area Supervisor works with their General Managers and restaurant teams to set the restaurantu2019s goals and creates a plan to achieve the goals. They are responsible for empowering his/her teams to produce results with an emphasis on a u201cwe careu201d culture. This means hiring and developing their own management teams to ensure we have the right team to lead into the future. Also helping the management teams set their own goals, following up on their progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve their results.
