Position Summary: The Private Pay Home Care Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth by developing referral relationships, generating private pay client leads, and promoting home care services within the community. This role requires a results-driven professional with a deep understanding of the home care industry and strong relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities: - Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, physicians, senior communities, rehab centers, and elder law attorneys
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into private pay clients through effective consultation and follow-up
- Represent the agency at community events, health fairs, and networking groups to promote services and increase brand awareness
- Conduct in-home assessments and collaborate with the care team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Track leads, referrals, and conversions using CRM or other reporting tools
- Provide ongoing communication with clients and families to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and local market conditions
- Collaborate with the clinical and operations teams to ensure exceptional client care and service delivery
Compensation: $170,000-$200,000 per year
