Job Summary:
Area Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales operations for new residential developments. This role oversees a team of sales professionals, develops strategic sales plans, manages budgets, and collaborates closely with marketing, construction, and customer service teams to meet or exceed sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction

• Manage budgets, incentives, and pricing strategies to optimize profitabil

• Drive CRM adoption and maintain accurate sales records and customer databa

Qualific
ations:
• 5+ years of experience in residential sales, with 3+ years in a leadershi
p role.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales
goals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation
skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and data analysis
tools.
• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and homebuilding p
rocess.
