About the Role:

Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
    • Craft and execute powerful sales strategies to meet or exceed ambitious sales targets.
    • Uncover and chase down new business opportunities within your area.
    • Conduct insightful market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor moves, and customer demands.
  • Client Management:
    • Build and nurture robust relationships with key clients, including engineers, procurement managers, and decision-makers.
    • Deliver unparalleled customer service and support throughout the sales journey, from the first contact to post-sales follow-up.
    • Address customer inquiries, swiftly resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Product Expertise:
    • Exhibit a profound understanding of modular automation products and solutions.
    • Present and articulate the compelling benefits and technical specifications of products to clients.
    • Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
  • Sales Reporting & Administration:
    • Maintain precise and current records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
    • Prepare insightful sales reports and forecasts for management review.
    • Leverage CRM tools to effectively track progress and manage customer relationships.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven sales experience, ideally in the industrial automation or related technology sector.
  • Strong grasp of modular automation systems and related technologies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Compensation:

Enjoy a competitive base salary of $100-120k DOE, plus incentive compensation. First-year on-target earnings (OTE) range from $150-180k.
