Overview:
We're looking for a hands-on, results-driven property manager to oversee a 72-unit apartment complex and 2-4 nearby smaller properties. You'll lead leasing, operations, and team performance with autonomy, while reporting directly to ownership.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations at the properties
- Oversee leasing, unit turns, maintenance, and resident experience
- Drive performance KPIs including occupancy, turn time, and resident retention
- Supervise and support on-site staff
Requirements :
- 3+ years in multifamily property management (50-150 units)
- Strong AppFolio skills, or similar PMS
- Proven leadership and accountability
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Compensation:
- $55,000-$70,000 base + bonuses + mileage reimbursement
