CleanPower, Wisconsin's leading commercial cleaning contractor, has an opportunity for an experienced manager to oversee a territory in the Wausau area. This is primarily a 2nd shift position, but requires some flexibility.
Salary: $50K + $500 Monthly Car Allowance + Bonus Opportunity
Territory: Wausau, Mosinee, Tomahawk, Rhinelander, Colby, Medford, Antigo, Eagle River, Wabeno, Woodruff, Minocqua, Abbotsford, and Withee
Job duties include:
- Oversight of the daily maintenance of the facilities
- Direct supervision of the cleaning staff
- Initial and ongoing training of staff
- Ordering supplies
- Managing labor and supply budgets
- Conducting quality control inspections
- Developing and maintaining professional working relationships with building contacts

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Min 2 years of management experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Janitorial or other service related background
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
