Onigilly is a fast-growing, Bay Area-based brand on a mission to bring healthy and handy Japanese food to everyone-starting with our popular onigiri rice balls. We currently operate 5 locations and are opening 2 more this summer.
We're looking for a hands-on, passionate Area Manager to support our store teams, drive performance, and maintain our high standards across multiple locations.
What You'll Do
- Lead and support General Managers across 5-7 stores
- Coach and develop teams to deliver great service and consistent food quality
- Monitor sales, labor, and inventory performance
- Visit stores regularly to ensure top operations and customer experience
- Work closely with our Director of Operations
- Help open new locations and train new teams
- Solve problems quickly and build strong team culture

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of multi-unit or senior restaurant management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Comfortable with budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
- A passion for coaching and supporting teams
- Organized, reliable, and proactive
