Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Multi-Unit Area Manager to oversee the daily operations and strategic growth of multiple locations of our fast casual burger restaurant. The Area Manager will play a critical leadership role, ensuring that each restaurant under their guidance delivers exceptional guest experiences, achieves operational excellence, and meets financial goals. This role requires a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and brings a passion for hospitality, team development, and business success.
Our compensation includes $80,000 - $90,000 base salary plus 25% bonus potential and medical, dental & vision benefits. We also offer a weekly gas and tech allowance.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership
Oversee the operations of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring compliance with company standards, local regulations, and brand guidelines.
Monitor and evaluate restaurant performance metrics, including sales, labor costs, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
Conduct regular site visits to maintain visibility, assess performance, and provide hands-on support to restaurant managers and teams.
Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures to drive consistency and efficiency across locations.
Financial Management
Develop, manage, and monitor budgets for each restaurant unit to ensure profitability and cost control.
Analyze financial reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas requiring improvement.
Work collaboratively with restaurant managers to develop strategies for increasing revenue, controlling expenses, and optimizing sales performance.
Team Development and Leadership
Recruit, train, and mentor restaurant managers and their teams to build a culture of excellence and accountability.
Provide leadership and guidance to foster a positive and motivated work environment.
Evaluate team performance and create actionable development plans to support career growth and skill enhancement.
Ensure all employees receive ongoing training in food safety, customer service, and operational best practices.
Guest Experience
Champion the guest experience by ensuring the highest levels of food quality, cleanliness, and service are maintained at all restaurant locations.
Respond promptly to guest feedback, resolving complaints and implementing changes to improve satisfaction.
Collaborate with restaurant managers to develop innovative promotions, events, and initiatives that enhance the dining experience.
Brand and Marketing
Act as a brand ambassador for the company, ensuring that every restaurant reflects the values and mission of the brand.
Work with marketing teams to execute local and regional campaigns that drive traffic and brand awareness.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3-5 years of multi-unit management experience in the fast casual and/or QSR restaurant space.
Proven track record of achieving financial and operational goals across multiple locations.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in using financial reporting tools, scheduling software, and restaurant management systems.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between locations.
