Requirements

Your Role: Area Sales Manager

You'll lead from the front while driving performance, setting the tone, and empowering your team to reach new heights.

Sales Leadership:
  • Set the pace by hitting your own sales goals while showing the team how it's done.
  • Coach and mentor new hires with shadowing and hands-on guidance to ramp them up fast.
  • Foster a competitive, high-performance culture where reps are inspired to excel.
  • Track and report sales metrics to your Regional Director regularly.
Lead Management:
  • Distribute leads strategically based on rep strengths, territory, and availability.
  • Train your team on smart lead generation tactics that get results.
  • Keep our CRM (Spotio) clean, current, and optimized.
  • Use lead data to uncover trends and maximize team efficiency.
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and analyze sales data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
