Our client are hiring an experienced Area Facilities Manager to lead a portfolio of facility management accounts. This role involves managing operations, financial performance, and business growth while ensuring top-notch service delivery and client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage facility management accounts to exceed client expectations.
  • Identify and develop opportunities for revenue growth and contract renewals.
  • Optimize staffing to balance cost control and service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and audits.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Support business development and transition of new accounts.
  • Foster an inclusive and engaging team culture.

People & Performance

  • Drive employee training, development, and engagement.
  • Manage recruitment, performance reviews, and succession planning.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to ensure high performance.

Finance & Commercial Oversight

  • Oversee financial performance, P&L, and cost management.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and strong governance.
  • Manage supplier contracts, negotiations, and performance.

Health & Safety Compliance

  • Maintain a safe working environment across all accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety policies.
  • Promote a strong safety culture.
