Our client are hiring an experienced Area Facilities Manager to lead a portfolio of facility management accounts. This role involves managing operations, financial performance, and business growth while ensuring top-notch service delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage facility management accounts to exceed client expectations.
- Identify and develop opportunities for revenue growth and contract renewals.
- Optimize staffing to balance cost control and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and audits.
- Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Support business development and transition of new accounts.
- Foster an inclusive and engaging team culture.
People & Performance
- Drive employee training, development, and engagement.
- Manage recruitment, performance reviews, and succession planning.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to ensure high performance.
Finance & Commercial Oversight
- Oversee financial performance, P&L, and cost management.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and strong governance.
- Manage supplier contracts, negotiations, and performance.
Health & Safety Compliance
- Maintain a safe working environment across all accounts.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety policies.
- Promote a strong safety culture.
