POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for business growth and personal development. While direct fitness industry experience is not required, exceptional people skills and a self-motivated, can-do work ethic are essential. As an Area Director, you will oversee the operations of 3+ Anytime Fitness locations. Your responsibilities will include driving overall club success and profitability, providing extensive sales coaching, facilitating crucial conversations with staff, and managing various aspects of hiring, training, scheduling, and payroll preparation.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS - Earning potential: $65,000-$95,000

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide oversight to 3+ Anytime Fitness locations
- Foster profitability and bottom-line growth through effective coaching and development of club staff
- Contribute to business development initiatives
- Lead training and development programs
- Manage scheduling and staffing requirements
- Ensure accurate payroll processing
REQUIREMENTS - Proven experience in multi-unit sales management
- Background in sales
- Demonstrated leadership skills gained through several years of experience in the service or retail sector
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), coupled with a customer-centric approach
- General understanding of Human Resources, including staff training, development, and hiring practices
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency in utilizing spreadsheets, word documents, and PowerPoint
