Marvin is excited to invite talented individuals with a sales background in architecture to join our dynamic team as an Architectural Sales Project Manager. In this role, you will not only drive sales of the Marvin Collections but also shape brand awareness among architectural and commercial design professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and nurture relationships with architectural community members to facilitate the specification and purchase of Marvin products.
  • Present AIA Continuing Educational learning units to architectural firms with professionalism and expertise.
  • Engage closely with facility managers and institutional property owners to boost business development.
  • Organize and conduct insightful factory tours for targeted architects, designers, channel partners, and trade customers.
  • Deliver tailored product and technical solutions for individual project opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the regional sales team to enhance channel partners' programs and expertise necessary for success in the architectural and commercial sectors.
  • Prepare for significant travel throughout the assigned territory, including overnight stays; a valid driver's license is required.
  • Manage the budget for your job role effectively.
Compensation and Benefits:

Your earning potential ranges from $90,000 to $130,000, combining base salary and monthly sales incentives, with no cap on incentive earnings. You would be a great fit for this position if you possess:
  • A degree in architecture, construction, or business-related fields, or equivalent industry experience.
  • CDT certification, or willingness to obtain it within two years of employment.
  • Experience in consultative value proposition sales of premium products to architectural/design firms.
  • Preferred experience in fenestration.
  • A valid driver's license with a good accident and moving violation record.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction documents and specifications.
  • Familiarity with CAD-based design navigation.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs when necessary.
