We are looking for a professional with a sales background and architectural expertise to help us expand our market presence. You will play a key role in developing new business opportunities, enhancing brand awareness, and driving sales for our premium Marvin Collections targeted at architectural and commercial design professionals.

Highlights of Your Role:
  • Build and nurture relationships with the architectural community to encourage the specification and purchase of Marvin products.
  • Deliver engaging AIA Continuing Educational learning units to architectural firms, showcasing our commitment to education and innovation.
  • Proactively engage in business development with facility managers and owners of institutional properties.
  • Organize and host factory tours for selected architects, designers, channel partners, and trade customers to highlight our state-of-the-art products.
  • Provide tailored product and technical solutions for specific project opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the regional sales team to develop effective programs for our channel partners that enhance their selling capabilities to the architectural and commercial sectors.
  • Please note, travel is a significant requirement for this position, including overnight stays; a valid driver's license is necessary.
Compensation:

Your total earning potential ranges from $72,000 to $120,000, combining base salary and variable compensation. Substantial upside potential exists on the variable component for those who exceed their targets.

You're a Great Fit If You Have:
  • A degree in architecture, construction, or business, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Construction Documents Technologist (CDT) certification or a commitment to obtain one within two years of starting.
  • Demonstrated success in consultative selling of premium products to architectural and design firms.
  • Experience in fenestration is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean record, free of serious accidents and moving violations.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications.
  • Familiarity with CAD-based design.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required.
