We are looking for experienced sales professionals with an architectural background to help expand our reach. In this role, you will cultivate new business relationships, enhance brand visibility, and drive sales of the Marvin Collections to architectural and commercial design professionals.
Highlights of Your Role: - Identify and build relationships with key members of the architectural community to influence the specification and purchase of Marvin products.
- Deliver engaging AIA Continuing Educational learning units to architectural firms.
- Actively pursue business development opportunities with facility managers and property owners.
- Plan and host factory tours for targeted architects, designers, channel partners, and trade customers.
- Provide tailored product and technical solutions for project opportunities.
- Collaborate with the regional sales team to enhance channel partner programs and services.
- Willingness to travel significantly, including overnight stays as required; a valid driver's license is necessary.
Compensation: Total earning potential is between $73,000-$120,000, combining base salary and variable compensation with opportunities for additional earnings through over-achievement of targets.
You're a Good Fit If You Have: - A degree in architecture, construction, or business-related fields, or equivalent industry experience.
- Construction Documents Technologist (CDT) certification, or the ability to obtain one within two years of employment.
- Demonstrated experience in consultative sales involving premium products for architectural firms.
- Preferred experience in fenestration.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications.
- Capability to navigate CAD-based design.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
