A leading National Architecture + design firm with its central office in Orange County, is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead marketing execution, oversee day-to-day priorities, and support business development initiatives. This person will serve as a key connector across teams, driving proposals, collateral, events, and digital storytelling that align with firm goals. - Architecture, Engineering or Construction industry experience is a STRICT REQUIREMENT for this role-applications without it cannot be reviewed.
- Onsite: This is an Onsite 5 Days per week, FT position; hybrid or remote not available

YOUR IMPACT:
• Manage the marketing team's daily workflow and project priorities

• Lead internal and external content development (social media, awards, web, brochures)
• Support event planning and public relations efforts
• Ensure brand consistency across materials
WHAT YOU BRING:
• 7-10 years of marketing experience in A/E/C preferred
• Strong writing, delegation, and project management skills
• Working knowledge of InDesign, MS Office, and CRM/DAM platforms
• Experience with proposal development, team leadership, and digital content
• Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, or related field
