Description
- Collaborate with architects and design teams to develop building plans and specifications.
- Analyze project requirements and constraints, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Conduct structural analysis and evaluate materials to ensure durability and sustainability.
- Create detailed drawings and models using CAD software.
- Assist in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor construction progress and resolve issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations to apply best practices.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or in progress.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and sustainability practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to relocate and adapt to a new environment.
