Overview:

An Architectural team member works independently, developing design or technical solutions under supervision of a Project Manager, Architect, Designer, Engineer and other staff in continued growth and education by performing the following duties.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides assistance to project team as instructed by and under the direct supervision of the Project Manager or Architect, or Engineer.
  • Uses design technology software to prepare project documents.
  • Draws finished designs from sketches.
  • Reviews completed reports, plans, estimates, and calculations.
  • Performs analysis of design, planning, and occupancy studies, and limited design layouts.
  • Prepares project specifications, compiling, and analyzing relevant data.
  • Writes reports and specifications.
  • Travels for client meetings, consultant coordination, site surveys, construction administration, etc. (5-10% of time reserved for travel)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Architecture from a NAAB accredited college or university.
  • 3+ years experience in Architecture.
  • Proficient with Revit.
