My market leading Client is a dynamic and design-led architectural practice seeking a talented and qualified Architect to join their team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience across all RIBA Plan of Work stages (0-7) and a strong understanding of the design and delivery process. You'll work on a variety of exciting projects, contributing from early concept design through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage projects through all RIBA stages from inception to post-completion
Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other team members
Produce planning, tender, and construction documentation to a high standard
Ensure compliance with relevant UK building regulations, planning laws, and standards
Support junior team members and contribute to a positive studio culture
In an ideal world we are looking to tick as many of the below boxes as possible;
ARB-registered and RIBA-chartered Architect
Minimum 3-5 years post-Part 3 experience
Proven experience across multiple RIBA stages, including technical delivery and site supervision
Proficient in industry-standard software (AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite; Rhino is a plus)
Strong design and presentation skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Knowledge of UK planning and building regulations
