Our team of 45 full-time professionals represents 15 nationalities and 10 languages, bringing diverse cultural insights to our design process. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Whether you're an experienced PROJECT ARCHITECT or PROJECT MANAGER ready to lead complex projects or a passionate PROJECT DESIGNER eager to develop your skills, we want to hear from you. Our ideal candidates bring technical proficiency, creative vision, and a collaborative spirit to their work.
WHAT YOU'LL DO WITH US
Depending on your experience level, you'll:
- Transform design concepts into compelling architectural solutions
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and jurisdictional agencies
- Develop presentation materials that communicate our vision
- Produce construction documents that translate design intent into built reality
- Analyze site constraints and provide critical analysis of code and zoning issues
- Oversee the production and delivery of comprehensive Construction Documents and Specifications
- Check drawings for completeness, accuracy, and coordination among disciplines
- Coordinate building systems integration with engineering consultants
- Assist clients during the bidding process and respond to RFIs
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to our collaborative culture
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and client relationships
- Research innovative materials and precedents
- Create physical and digital models that explore design possibilities
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Professional degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong design sensibility and technical knowledge
- Extensive understanding of building systems, construction materials, methods, and standards
- Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Office
- Experience with 3D visualization software (Lumion, Enscape, Sketchup, Rhino) and Adobe Suite
- Strong documentation and field observation skills
- Ability to ascertain appropriate levels of detail based on project complexity
- Well-developed graphic and visualization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Architectural licensure (for senior positions) or progress toward licensure
- Portfolio demonstrating your design approach and technical abilities
