Requirements We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled
Architect C / C to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to contribute to the development, quality, and implementation of our software products for our clients. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of modern and legacy systems.
Key Responsibilities: - Hands-on coding in C / C and related frameworks.
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance software solutions.
- Work extensively with SQL database structures and the .NET framework.
- Understand and support Front Office trade flow, specifically in equity trading or equity swaps.
- Maintain and enhance legacy systems, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications: - 15+ years of coding experience in C / C .
- Extensive experience with SQL database structure and .NET framework.
- In-depth understanding of Front Office trade flow (Equity Trading or Equity Swaps).
- Strong experience working with legacy systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude towards challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS).
- Familiarity with cloud services, preferably AWS.
- Experience with Snowflake.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies.
Work Environment: - This position is based in New York, NY and requires the candidate to be onsite 3 days a week, with no exceptions.
