POSITION SUMMARY
Under general supervision of the ARC Manager, the ARC Coordinator administers the review process for architectural submittals. The ARC Coordinator will ensure that Community construction complies with Association guidelines and requirements. This position acts as a liaison between Homeowners and ARC. The ARC Coordinator is the first contact for Homeowners in the ARC process.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma.

• 1-2 years full-time clerical.

• Construction Background preferred.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Perform inspections of active construction projects to ensure compliance to ARC Guidelines and CC&R policies.

• Schedule and facilitate on-site pre-construction meetings.

• Complete monthly construction status reports.

• Communicate and meet with homeowners, architects, ARC committees and builders, as necessary.

• Compose and distribute correspondence relating to construction violations.

• Respond to customer questions and correspondence in a professional, timely manner.

• Conduct, compose and distribute final inspection letters.

• Coordinate and process the return of construction deposits.

• Greet clients and field incoming phone calls.

• Review ARC submittals to ensure all required documentation has been received.

• Communicate submittal requirements, confirm information, and meet with homeowners, architects, and builders, as necessary.

• Compose and distribute correspondence relating to ARC design guidelines, final inspections, plans, submittals, fee transmittals, etc., adhering to procedures.

• Preparing for and facilitating review meetings as scheduled.

• Respond to customer questions and correspondence in a professional, timely manner.

• Maintain ARC records and files.

• Assist Community Association Managers with ARC related issues and other duties as needed.

• Maintain a professional working relationship with Community Association Managers, Homeowners, Builders, and Architects.
