LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking candidates for a contract-to-hire role on behalf of our client. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $20 to $21 per hour and is available for the 1st shift.

Role Overview: The AR Specialist - Compliance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring contractual requirements on projects are met and updating stakeholders with receivables status. This role facilitates all aspects of the project in relation to accounting, cash flow, and support of the operations team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer and project manager experience, creating a positive presence of support.
  • Communicate effectively and maintain high organization.
  • Process monthly progress billings accurately and on time.
  • Collaborate with the project team to manage customer expectations.
  • Direct job compliance for smooth monthly cycles and quick payment turnaround.
  • Communicate effectively to resolve requirements quickly.
  • Manage receivable status and entry to ERP system for visibility in collection and billing.
  • Suggest and support continuous improvement projects.
  • Collect lien waivers from suppliers and support AR, AP, and operations team in compliance requirements.
  • File notices to establish lien rights and monitor expiration dates, including researching lien laws by state.
  • Support operations team in all facilities to provide an excellent customer experience.
