Job Title: AR Clerk
Location: Diamond Bar/Walnut (100% onsite)
Pay Rate: $25-28/hr.
Schedule: M - F, 8 AM - 4:30 PM
Type: Temp to Hire
Duties:
AR, aging/collections, business Licenses using QuickBooks & Sage for billing subcontractors.
Requirements:
3 years of A/R experience
QuickBooks - Required
Sage - Required
Knowledge of Pivot tables - is a plus
Multi-state - experience working with Sales tax is helpful
Experience with Bus. Licenses- helpful
Very small office so may assist with AP when needed.
