AR Specialist

Our client is an industry leading, franchised company located here in the Dayton area. They are actively looking for a highly motivated AR Specialist to join to their team. This individual will have the opportunity to work closely with the Accounting and Finance team to work through the full cycle collections process, provide solutions, and manage relationships. This is an excellent role for someone who has recent business to business collections experience and looking to join a growing company with plenty of opportunities for advancement and growth. There is a true belief in collaboration and team work within the office.
Core Responsibilities of AR Specialist: -Work within the centralized billing system to manage national accounts and customer payment activity
-Conduct business to business collections process via communicating by phone and email
-The AR Specialist will manage customer relationships
-Track commissions for sales division of the company
-The AR Specialist will be responsible for tracking payment issues or discrepancies
Qualifications of AR Specialist: - 1+ years of recent AR experience
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- The AR Specialist will have experience using Microsoft Excel
- Advanced organizational skills
