Description
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Accounts Receivable department
- Lead and motivate the AR team to achieve performance goals
- Resilience in Collections.
- Experience with credits and how to manage the limits
- Participate in financial audits and coordinate with external auditors

Profile
A successful AR Senior Manager should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- Extensive knowledge of accounts receivable practices
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Strong analytic skills and attention to detail
- SAP
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
