We are currently hiring experienced AR professionals specializing in DME (Durable Medical Equipment) billing, with hands-on knowledge of the Brightree system. As part of our Accounts Receivables team, you will play a key role in managing claim follow-ups, denial resolutions, and cash flow improvement for our U.S.-based clients in the DME space.

• Conduct follow-up with insurance payers on outstanding DME claims using Brightree
• Review and resolve unpaid or denied claims, with a focus on high-quality resubmissions
• Work on aging AR reports to improve collection rates and reduce days in AR
• Document all actions taken on claims and maintain up-to-date records in the system
• Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to ensure performance benchmarks are met
• Identify and escalate recurring denial trends for corrective action
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and client-specific policies

• 1-4 years of experience in US Medical Billing (AR follow-up) specifically in DME
• Hands-on experience with Brightree system
• Strong understanding of DME billing rules, HCPCS codes, and payer-specific guidelines
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English)
• Familiarity with denial management, insurance guidelines, and RCM workflow
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a performance-driven environment
