AR Credit Specialist - Hybrid. (Must live in Oregon.)
Our client, a well-established company in NW Portland, is seeking an AR Credit Specialist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounts receivable professional to manage cash posting, collections, and financial reporting functions within a dynamic environment.
The AR Credit Specialist will be responsible for processing cash postings, running aging reports, handling collections, and assisting with month-end analytics. The ideal candidate will have experience with Dynamics 365 and High Radius and will collaborate with multiple internal teams, including customer service, sales, and deductions.
Key Responsibilities: AR Credit Specialist - Process cash postings via High Radius; handle one-off transactions in Dynamics 365.
- Generate and analyze aging reports to monitor outstanding balances.
- Assist with month-end analytics, pulling data for reporting purposes.
- Manage collections efforts, ensuring timely payments from customers.
- Prepare and process manual invoicing.
- Communicate effectively with the customer service, sales, and deductions teams.
- Post journal entries as needed to support financial accuracy.
