What You'll Do:

Develop and oversee swim programs for all ages and abilities

Train, lead, and supervise aquatic and administrative staff

Handle scheduling, budgets, and record-keeping to ensure operational efficiency

Oversee facility maintenance, including pool safety and equipment upkeep

Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and feedback

Build relationships with clients and represent the school at community events

What We're Looking For:

Lifeguard Instructor, WSI, and CPO/AFO certifications (required)

Proven experience managing aquatic programs, staff, and administrative duties

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Ability to walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
