The Technical Analyst I will support Lennar's IT organization with IT cost transparency, financial management, and business value realization using ApptioOne. The ideal candidate brings experience in data analysis, financial modeling, and supporting or implementing ApptioOne modules. In addition, the analyst will help ensure quality and efficiency across technical documentation, testing, release management, and systems support. Candidates should have foundational skills in process improvement, governance, and be comfortable contributing in agile team environments.
Your Responsibilities on the Team
Facilitate project execution and resolution between business and development teams.
Help create technical documentation (process flows, specifications, development tasks) and assist in developing execution plans/timelines (tasks, resources, timeline).
Implement software development life cycle for all project steps and phases and provide technical support during each phase.
Contribute to creating a positive team environment and fostering team culture in a fast-paced setting.
Develop project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource management.
Utilize communication skills, both written and verbal, to present complex information clearly and concisely.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Cultivate a detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Configure and maintain ApptioOne modules (Cost Transparency, IT Planning, Bill of IT, etc.) to align with organizational goals.
Collaborate with IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Apptio data models and reports.
Own the end-to-end data integration process including ETL, data validation, and troubleshooting within ApptioOne.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support IT spend analysis, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
Perform regular audits and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and model integrity.
Provide end-user support and training to ensure adoption of ApptioOne tools across the organization.
Partner with Apptio support and vendors as needed for technical issues, upgrades, and best practice implementation.
Support IT financial planning cycles and contribute to TBM strategic initiatives.
Your Toolbox
Bachelor's or higher in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Hands-on experience in Business Analysis, Technical Analysis, Data Analysis, Project Management, or a comparable role within a technology organization whether through employment or internship is desirable.
1-2 years of hands-on experience with ApptioOne (implementation, configuration, or ongoing support).
Basic experience/knowledge is preferred of all or some of the following:
Apptio Certified TBMA or other Apptio certifications.
Cloud cost modeling or integrations (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Data Analytics
PowerBI
SQL
Additional Requirements
Basic quantitative and analytical skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office products.
Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
Ability to work collaboratively with team members and establish cooperative working relationships.

Experience:
understanding of IT cost modeling, chargeback/showback, and TBM principles.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
