Job Description: Apprentice Site Administrator at Bouygues UK

We are seeking an Apprentice Site Administrator to join our team working on the renowned Oriel project-a transformative initiative at St Pancras Hospital to create a pioneering eye care, research, and education centre. This new, state-of-the-art building spans up to 46,000m2, designed with flexibility to meet future technological, medical, and research needs, with extensive engagement with stakeholders to ensure accessibility standards.

Upon completing the apprenticeship, you will achieve a NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Business Administration, depending on your existing qualifications.

Experience & Qualifications
  • 5 GCSEs including Maths and English grade 4 or above, or functional skills at level 1 or above
  • Desired: BTEC National Diploma or A Level
  • Please ensure your CV states your grades where applicable.
Job Purpose and Scope

Assist the Office Manager with site administration and social value activities, supporting the site admin team with tasks such as binding, printing, filing, updating administrative information, and maintaining processes.

Key Tasks and Activities
  • Reception duties: greeting visitors
  • Organising and scheduling appointments, managing the site calendar, and booking meeting rooms and hospitality
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Communicating via email and correspondence with stakeholders
  • Using Microsoft Office to prepare reports and presentations
  • Supporting social value activities, maintaining trackers, and producing reports
  • Maintaining the site training tracker and booking courses
  • Promoting site communications via BYUK platforms and social media
  • External liaising for site activities and events, including visits and charity events
