Pay Scale:

Base Hourly Rate: $16.50 - $20.00 with substantial bonuses based on overall performance and other factors.

Key Responsibilities: As a Used Vehicle Acquisition Specialist, your role will be dynamic and impactful. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Build relationships with private sellers, fleet companies, and third-party sites to acquire quality used vehicles.

Engage with consumers directly looking to sell to the dealership.

Monitor online platforms for potential vehicle acquisitions.

Negotiate vehicle purchases for the best pricing and value.

Analyze sales history and market trends to determine optimal purchasing mix.

Coordinate logistics for purchased vehicles.

Work with the reconditioning team to prioritize newly acquired vehicles for quick turnaround.

Track customer interest in high-demand vehicles and work to source them.

Assist marketing efforts by identifying in-demand models.

Provide insights into market trends to improve acquisition strategies.

Expectations:

Minimum 3 years' experience in automotive sales

Used vehicle purchasing or auction experience a PLUS

Customer service experience

Valid driver's license

Valid sales license

Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

Strong focus on achieving sales goals

Ability to follow dealership policies, procedures, and deadlines
