Appointment Setter / Customer Service Phone Agent
Location: Troy, MI ( HYBRID REMOTE) Monday through Friday with 1 weekend day rotation, and 1 day off during the week.
WORK FROM HOME MONDAY + FRIDAY.
IN OFFICE TUESDAY - THURSDAY. If it is your turn to work a weekend day, it would be from home.
Client: Private for now. We can discuss the name on our first phone call.
Starting Pay: $19
Schedule: Must be available to work 40 hours per week. Schedule is 11AM-8PM Monday through Friday, with 1 Weekend Day (and 1 day off during the week) On the weekend, the schedule is 9AM-6PM if it is your turn.
Expected One-Step Interview Date
Thursday 5/8 - 130PM or 2PM
Friday 5/9 - Availability to interview all day

Call Center Experience
Day to Day Duties:
Speak to customers that are already interested in setting up services with our company for Windows, Doors, Blinds, Bathtubs, or other home improvement offerings.
No cold calling. Just setting appointments and explaining our services.
Call Center atmosphere at the Headquarters. Cubicle Environment.
Utilizing the computer system, data entry.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
