Position Overview:

Customer Service Representatives (CSR's) fulfill an important role on our team, as they are the first people who will interact with the customers of the Vanterra Foundation Solutions brands, and this first impression is paramount to our success. CSR's contact customers who have indicated a need for the services that we provide, and their main responsibility is to schedule an in-home consultation with our team of experts in order to help solve their home repair problems. The most successful candidates will come to us with sales, collection, or other high-volume customer service experience and will be accustomed to an environment whereby total compensation is inclusive of a lucrative pay-for-performance structure. This is a fully-remote role and candidates can reside anywhere in the United States.

Essential Duties:

  • Using best-in-class customer contact technologies, communicate with our customers inbound/outbound (voice), and via email, text, and webchat in order to set a high volume of in-home appointments.
  • Demonstrate an ability to follow a prescribed methodology in order to set quality appointments and input detailed notes into our CRM that are accurate, complete, and professionally written.
  • Utilize critical thinking to analyze customers' needs and determine the scope of their home improvement projects, escalating complex issues appropriately.
  • Showcase a commitment to continuous improvement and growth by actively seeking feedback and working to implement the coaching that is provided by leadership.
  • Be unrelenting in a commitment to superior customer experiences on every interaction and showcase a customer-centric and positive attitude, always.

Work Experience/Requirements:

  • Must be available to work flexible schedules as business requires, which might be inclusive of evenings or weekends. This is non-negotiable.
  • Because this is a fully remote position, an adequate knowledge of and experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, Outlook email/calendar) is required.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Service Titan, Five9, or other best-in-class customer service technologies is a bonus.
  • Basic understanding of home improvement and the construction industry is a plus.
  • 100% attendance adherence is required in the first 30 days of employment, and a stellar attendance record is required for the duration of employment.
