Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in connecting potential clients with our financial advisors by scheduling consultations and follow-up meetings. Your main goal is to engage prospects, build rapport, and secure appointments that allow our experts to present valuable financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients via phone, email, or messaging platforms to introduce our financial services
- Qualify leads based on interest, need, and potential fit with our offerings
- Schedule appointments for financial advisors and ensure accurate calendar management
- Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and reschedule when necessary
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of client interactions in CRM systems
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and appointment-setting goals
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies
Requirements:
- Previous experience in appointment setting, or a sales support role (financial services experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable handling objections and maintaining professionalism
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or in a team
- Proficient with CRM tools and basic computer applications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
