Zeal is seeking a motivated Event Customer Service Representative to work on groundbreaking marketing and sales campaigns in the local region. Our firm was founded by ambitious people looking to push the envelope using cost-effective marketing campaigns and advertising strategies.
Each Event Customer Service Representative on our team receives hands-on coaching and training on our promotional marketing, sales, and business operations standards and expectations. The Promotional Events & Customer Service Representative has the opportunity to move into a senior-level position with our team upon successful completion of an accelerated training course.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Educate community members on our NGO partners' core mission to gain new and repeat donors and increase revenue generation.
- Set up and attend local events regularly to spread our partner's brand awareness and build lasting relationships with community members.
- Effectively promote our client's various initiatives to raise awareness and revenue.
- Accept and accurately note sales and donations.
- Receive ongoing training, coaching, and support by attending daily meetings, networking sessions, and one-on-one mentorship.
