Our work focuses on advocacy, inclusion, and social justice. We are looking for ABA Supervisors who are passionate about making a real impact-both in clinical work and in the community. If you're ready to lead, grow, and be part of something meaningful, SNN is the place for you.

At SNN, We Go Beyond ABA Therapy:

Your Role as an ABA Supervisor:

As an ABA Supervisor, you'll guide and support Behavior Technicians delivering therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities in home-based settings. You'll help design individualized treatment strategies, oversee data-driven practices, and collaborate closely with families-all while being backed by a dedicated support team.

  • Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians (BTs) during in-home sessions
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and skill assessments
  • Oversee implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Provide coaching on reinforcement techniques and behavior reduction strategies
  • Ensure accurate data collection and treatment adjustments
  • Promote generalization of skills in real-life settings

Indirect Responsibilities:

  • Analyze ABA data to guide intervention adjustments
  • Maintain communication with families, staff, and stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to clinical and ethical standards

Clinical Support Structure:

Three-Tier Model:

  • BCBA: Leads clinical oversight and development
  • ABA Supervisor: Manages mid-level supervision and clinical implementation
  • Behavior Technician (BT): Delivers direct therapy

Additional Support Includes:

  • Regional Director (BCBA): Provides extra clinical guidance
  • Stimuli Support Team: Handles logistics so you can focus on clinical quality

What We're Looking For:

Education:

  • Master's degree in ABA or a related field with ABA concentration required

Experience:

  • 2+ years as a Behavior Technician, especially in in-home ABA settings
  • Strong foundation in ABA principles: DTT, NET, BIP creation, and data collection
  • Experience with assessments and task analysis preferred
