Summary: Provides technical support (development, testing, integration and implementation) of applications and interfaces which deliver IT tools and support business functions across the health system.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare IT, clinical operations, data analytics, and experience working with AI-driven solutions and Epic electronic health record (EHR) systems. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience with Epic Ambulatory is preferred. Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and optimize AI-driven workflows to improve workflows.
- Configure, maintain, and support Epic modules in line with organizational goals.
- Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, or opportunities for innovation.
- Collaborate with clinical, technical, and operational teams to enhance system integration and user experience.
- Develop and deliver training for staff on AI tools and Epic workflows.
- Stay updated on industry trends, AI advancements, and Epic system upgrades.
Other Information Education Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or related field (or equivalent combination of education, training and experience).
Licensure/Certification Requirements: • No licensure or certification required.
Professional Experience Requirements: • If a Bachelor's degree: Two (2) years of IT systems and/or operational experience.
• If an Associate's degree: Four (4) years of IT systems and/or operational experience.
• If a High School diploma or GED: Six (6) years of IT systems and/or operational experience.
Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements: • Excellent analytical and communication skills. Ability to work well in a team environment. Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Highly responsive to internal customers.
