Description
Responsibilities:
- Interpret Machine Manuals to write Macros and aid in advanced machining operations
- Perform troubleshooting to determine machine malfunctions, adjust and then test to ensure machine is performing to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Standards
- Work with Programming to establish and optimize proper cutting parameters
- Project Management on all Onboarding activities
- Establish cutting technology and tooling/fixturing/work holding methods
- Determine and communicate Methods and Sequence of Operations to all internal and externals customers.
- Must adhere to budget as detailed in Onboarding documents.
- Must always be pursuing and implementing new technology.
- Provide ongoing feedback to Engineering/Quoting/Quality departments.
- Participate as a member of the quoting team.
- Provide input to CAPEX committee
- Maintains safe and clean work environment; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
Qualifications:
- Must have demonstrated proficiency with all qualifications, duties, requirements, and responsibilities associated with a Developer
- Must be able to perform the duties and responsibilities as detailed above
- Must demonstrate the ability to understand and work with basic mathematical concepts
- Must have full understanding of all aspects of machine manufacturing. i.e.: 3, 4, 5 Axis and Gantry Machines, Material Types, Tooling, Fixtures, Fixture Design, Part Holding Techniques, Advanced CNC Programming (NX / CATIA)
- Must have advance knowledge and application of GD&T and Machine capabilities.
- Must have demonstrated Project Management skills including but not limited to: Budgeting, Cycle Times, Adherence to Schedule.
- Must have demonstrated track record of Optimizing Processes and Programs

Required
- 2-5 years: MAG3 Machining
- 2-5 years: Mill-Turn Machining
- 2-5 years: Siemens Controls
- 2-5 years: Okuma Controls
- 2-5 years: MULTAS Machining
- 2-5 years: Fanuc Controls
