- Demonstrated proficiency in implementing and managing enterprise-wide applications.

- Knowledge and understanding of the business analysis role across all stages of the project lifecycle.
- Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience in assessing and identifying solution assumptions, constraints, dependencies, and risks.

Your Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in business or technology related fields or equivalent work experience required.
- 1.5 - 3 years of internal experience in core banking, lending, branch and/or document storage systems, or 3 - 5 years as an external (non-EDGE) candidate.
- Salesforce Admin experience required
- Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud preferred
- 1 - 2 years of professional technical experience with strategy, planning, and/or business analysis is preferred.
- Experience with Fiserv Premier, nCino/Salesforce, Encompass or similar systems preferred.
Internal and External Contacts - External contacts are occasional.
- Frequent internal contact with department and senior managers on Information Technology issues or information requests.
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements Office environment. Ability to operate a computer. Ability to communicate in order to exchange simple to complex information with individuals and groups. Ability to travel throughout Bank footprint.
