Title: Applications Analyst III

Location: Mid-Atlantic Region

Description:

• This position involves overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of administrative, financial, or clinical applications.

• Responsibilities include defining requirements, creating documentation, testing, troubleshooting, managing vendor relationships, and supporting optimal application usage to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to departmental goals and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

• Support onboarding activities and serve as a mentor for project-related tasks.

• Perform application monitoring, testing, and maintenance to ensure optimal operation.

• Evaluate user engagement with application features and recommend operational improvements.

• Coordinate and conduct software updates, testing, and routine maintenance.

• Manage vendor resources and application upgrades or enhancements.

• Develop and maintain support documentation, ensuring alignment with organizational processes.

• Create and deliver reports, both ad hoc and standard, to meet user needs.

• Collaborate on business process redesigns to optimize efficiency and accuracy.

• Lead application implementation projects, including planning, design, testing, and troubleshooting.

• Maintain and manage application databases, ensuring data quality and integrity.

• Facilitate training and support for application users, resolving issues and improving usability.

• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and the user community.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent education and technical experience.

• 5-7 years of technical experience, preferably in healthcare or business environments.

• Proficiency in systems analysis, customer service, project management, and vendor relations.

• Exposure to networking and hardware systems.

• Strong analytical skills to solve technical challenges.

• Competence in desktop applications, project management tools, and communication software.

• Effective interpersonal communication skills for customer interaction.

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with clinical systems and healthcare industry trends.

• Experience in process optimization and information system integration.

Compensation:
Pay Range: $175000K-250000K
