Application Tester - Quantico, VA

Full Visibility is seeking an Application Tester to work in Quantico, VA. Candidate must possess an active Top Secret clearance.

The Application Tester will support an Agile team, providing automated application testing for an enterprise system supporting law enforcement. The candidate will be responsible for building automated tests, conducting functional testing, integration testing, and acceptance testing. The ideal candidate will analyze system requirements and develop test cases to validate requirements and quality. The Application Tester will focus on 70% Manual Testing and 30% Automation Testing developing new automation tests.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret Clearance

• Five (5) years of experience creating and maintaining test plans, to include experience with multiple

test strategies and best practices such as Integration, Regression, System testing

• Two (2) years of hands on experience testing web applications or software

• Two (2) years of experience with Test Automation tools such as SmartBear Testcomplete or

Selenium IDE

• Experience creating and refining test scripts for web apps or software

• Ability to quickly learn test cases - the format, best practices, potential applications/scenarios that

are needed to streamline test cases as part of the Continuous Integration (CI) process with the

Bamboo server

• Experience with best practices and organization of test cases, ability to gather requirements

• Experience with record and play software to streamline testing

• Demonstrated track record of software testing experience, solid technical IT background with

excellent aptitude for learning and understanding IT systems

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to be a team player and self motivated

Preferred:
• Industry recognized testing certification
