Application Technical Specialist I Compensation
  • The pay for this position is $17.00 per hour
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Application Technical Specialist I Highlights
  • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
  • The required availability for this position is Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts that may fluctuate to accommodate day/night projects and different time zones
  • Paid training is provided onsite in the office for 5 days a week, with shift times between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
Application Technical Specialist I Responsibilities
  • Take and make calls for multiple technology rollout projects in a call center setting
  • Provide first-level technical support to field technicians, vendors, and contractors installing or upgrading IT hardware in stores
  • Receive inbound calls through a queue; make outbound calls as required
  • Update tracking applications and perform system validations
  • Communicate via email and use Excel for project updates
  • Support multiple technical rollout projects simultaneously, adjusting shift times based on project needs and time zones
Application Technical Specialist I Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Clear, accurate, and tactful communication (verbal and written)
  • Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Preferred Qualifications
  • IT hardware installation experience is preferred but not required
