Job Summary: North Stone, LLC is seeking a highly qualified Application Teams Engineer (SME) to lead solution architecture and design activities supporting enterprise-wide Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) implementations. This role will provide subject matter expertise in configuring, optimizing, and integrating Oracle modules, including complex MRO, Supply, and Financials. With 6-10 years of experience, the successful candidate will support efforts to standardize global maintenance and logistics functions through COTS-based solutions that minimize customization and maximize operational efficiency. Candidates located in Dayton, OH, are preferred. However, remote candidates may be considered based on qualifications and business needs. This position is contingent upon contract award expected June 2025 Job Duties and Responsibilities: Lead application solutioning activities for new enterprise initiatives using Oracle EBS, including cMRO, Supply Chain, and Financial modules. Design and implement integrated, end-to-end functional and technical solutions across global maintenance, supply, and financial business processes. Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, developers, and functional analysts to develop and recommend viable Courses of Action (COAs) aligned with mission objectives. Evaluate and recommend COTS configurations and functionality to minimize custom development while satisfying system and user requirements. Develop documentation to support design decisions, proposed configurations, functional gaps, and implementation plans. Provide expert input into enterprise system integration strategy, configuration governance, and interface alignment with legacy or third-party systems. Support analysis of data flows, configuration records, and system behaviors to provide validated recommendations for system improvement and functional alignment. Advise senior leadership and stakeholders on the feasibility, risks, and benefits of proposed solutions based on functional and technical analysis. Contribute to development of business process documentation and functional configuration guides for repeatable deployment practices. Perform additional duties as assigned to support application readiness, performance optimization, and delivery alignment. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience): Must be a US Citizen with a minimum of a SECRET Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET clearance 6-10 years of experience supporting Oracle EBS applications in large-scale enterprise, government, or DoD environments. In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS modules including cMRO, Supply Chain, Financials, and related RICE-W (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) components. Proven ability to analyze enterprise requirements and translate them into feasible, cost-effective COTS-based configurations. Experience collaborating across matrixed teams and contributing to enterprise-wide architectural planning and modernization strategies. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare technical documentation and present recommendations to senior leadership. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). Ability and willingness to travel as needed within the Continental U.S. to support program coordination, deployment, and testing activities.
