ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Must be able to consistently and successfully perform all essential functions of the position.

  1. Responsible for development, support, and maintenance of EHR and other business-related applications.
  2. Develop and maintain data reporting and visualization tools including but not limited to SSRS and Power BI.
  3. Collaborating with other Summit teams, decision makers, system owners, and end users to define IT and business requirements and system goals, as well as identifying and resolving system issues.
  4. Serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for key organizational IT systems, providing consultation and guidance to business units and the IT department on the effective use of these systems.
  5. Keeping up to date with emerging IT technologies and recommending how they can be leveraged to meet strategic objectives.
  6. Reviewing and analyzing the effectiveness of current IT systems and developing strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
  7. Assisting in the planning, design, deployment, and post-implementation support of new and enhanced IT systems.
  8. Preparing and delivering IT system-related reports across the organization.
  9. Developing and maintaining IT system documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and best practices.
  10. Reliable transportation to travel between multiple sites in Western New York.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of position skill and/or ability required.
  • EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: College diploma or university degree in the field of business administration, computer science, or management information systems or 5 years related work experience.
  • Essential Skills:
  • 1+ years developing and supporting EHR systems
  • 1-3 years of experience writing complex SQL Queries for reporting purposes
  • 1+ years MS SQL Server and SSRS
  • CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: MS SQL Server/Azure certifications preferred

Compensation: $58,000 annually
