Piper Companies is looking for a
Application Support Technician III to join a software consulting and integration organization. This position is onsite in
New Castle, DE.
Essential Duties of the
Application Support Technician III: - Serve as a Level 3 Application Support resource, solving complex issues
- Perform detailed log analysis and troubleshooting of application-hardware interactions
- Research and analyze the functions of a wide variety of refinery applications, including dependencies on other systems
- Assist with provisioning, deployment, upgrading, and migration of application software
Qualifications of the
Application Support Technician III: - 5+ years of experience specific to the oil refinery industry
- Bachelors degree in related field
- Experience with technologies including but not limited to: Honeywell Experion PKS, AspenTech Software Suite, SAP PM/MM, OSIsoft PI System, Emerson DeltaV, AVEVA & Hexagon PPM Applications
Compensation for the
Application Support Technician III: - $100,000 - $125,000 + $10,000 annual bonus potential (based on experience)
