Our client is seeking an Application Support Specialist to manage and enhance business applications, ensuring efficiency and compliance across the organization. This role focuses on the administration, support, and optimization of Filevine and other key platforms while collaborating with stakeholders to improve workflows and system functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and maintain applications across all associated companies.
  • Administer and optimize Filevine, with experience in Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred.
  • Automate processes and enhance system efficiencies within Filevine and other applications.
  • Generate ad-hoc reports to support business insights and decision-making.
  • Establish and enforce policies, procedures, and best practices for application usage.
  • Conduct system tests to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Train and mentor users on application tools and functionalities.
  • Monitor scheduled application interfaces and resolve technical issues, including after-hours support as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with data integrity standards and organizational policies.
  • Communicate system changes, provide training, and support company-wide application initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience in IT support, analysis, or implementation.
  • Experience in a personal injury law firm is a plus.
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams.
